Terms of service
These terms are between you and Hitesh Verma ("we"). By using logowright you agree to them.
The service
You upload a logo image and receive vector files (SVG) generated from it. Results are produced automatically and may not be perfect; check them before use.
Your images
Only upload images you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your images and to the files we return for them. We do not claim any rights in them and do not use them for anything except producing your result.
Accounts and credits
You need an account to convert images. One credit is used only when a conversion succeeds. Credits cannot be transferred and have no cash value.
Plans and top-ups
A monthly plan is paid in advance and renews every month, on the day you first paid, until you cancel it. It gives a number of credits for that month; they end when the plan renews and do not roll over. You can cancel any time from your account page: the plan then runs to the end of the month you paid for and you are not charged again. A bigger plan starts right away at its full price and keeps the credits you had left; a smaller plan starts at the next renewal. Top-up credits end one month after you buy them. The free credits a new account gets do not end. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, do not try to overload, probe, copy, reverse engineer or resell the service or its API, and do not try to extract how it works. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.
